At TOGA ONLINE STORE, we strive for complete satisfaction with your purchase; however, if you are not entirely pleased, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer care team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box and include the completed return form along with the invoice provided in your shipment.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
